Dog Bathing and Grooming
If you would like your pet(s) to have a hydrobath while they are with us please let us know. We use natural bathing products. We also offer grooming and nail clipping.
Your pet should be wormed and de-flead within a weeks of their stay. Frontline/Advantage products can be provide at your expense. Costs vary according to breed and will be discussed prior to grooming.

We will gladly collect or deliver their friends home. This is conducted between 10:30am and 11:30am. We ask that you don’t feed them in the morning as they will get breakfast when they arrive at the kennels. Cost may vary due to distance. Out of Rotorua will depend on the distance.

Vet Care
As experienced animal handlers we can tell very quickly if a pet is unwell and needs to see a vet. We will use the vet listed on your contract with us or the Rotorua emergency vet. We will endeavour to make contact with you but the welfare of the pet comes first and the vet will make any decision on your behalf in regards to the ongoing care of your pet. Please ensure you let us know if your pet has any ongoing health problems.
All cost related to the transport to the vet and the vet costs may be passed to the owner.
